LCWA kicked off the new year with a new client – the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). Joining our lengthy roster of health care clients, AAAHC is the leader in ambulatory health care accreditation and accredits a variety of ambulatory health care organizations, including ambulatory surgery centers, college student health centers, health plans/managed care organizations and medical homes.LCWA earned a featurein Becker’s ASC Review for AAAHC on creating a healthy, positive culture in surgery settings for physicians, nurses and staff. Through its peer-reviewed accreditation process, AAAHC encourages a focus on the patient experience, holding team members accountable, cultivating mutual respect and utilizing collaborative care team evaluations.
