LCWA team members recently headed out west for “Design & Construction Week” in Las Vegas which recorded record-breaking attendance. Representing two clients, our team was able to create and strengthen relationships with key trade and consumer media contacts within the home space while spending quality time with our clients.
LCWA assisted Wilsonart, a world-class innovator of engineered surfaces, at the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) by coordinating booth tours with a range of high-profile consumer and trade media attendees. Through proactive pre-show outreach and long-standing personal relationships, our team booked a grand total of 16 tours throughout two days. With a booth full of engineered surfaces for every space, taste and budget – and a skeet ball machine made of Wilsonart’s THINSCAPE® – Wilsonart’s offerings wowed the media.
A stand-out appointment throughout the steady flow of influential media, was an on-camera interview between Wilsonart’s product design director, Gwen Petter, and A&E Network. We can’t wait to see this coverage come to fruition to further solidify Wilsonart as a go-to resource for kitchen and bath trends.
Over at the International Builder’s Show (IBS), LCWA represented DAP, a leader in the home improvement and construction industry, and coordinated tours with 10 key media outlets in the home building and DIY space. At the show, DAP unveiled a number of exciting and innovative new products that are set to launch later this year, several of which will be the first-of-its-kind when they hit the market. And just as we hoped, the media shared our excitement!
All in all, “Design & Construction Week” was a great way for our teams to kick-off 2023 and we look forward to more media coverage in the coming weeks.
